With specialized treatments like dry needling, cupping, manual therapy and more we target the specific areas causing discomfort and work to restore balance in the body.

  • Neurologic care focuses on helping individuals suffering from brain injuries, developmental disorders, strokes and other neurological diseases like Parkinson’s. Our Therapists are equipped to provide intensive balance and gait training to help improve mobility and overall quality of life. We accept neuro on a case by case basis.

  • Our unique approach to Functional Pelvic Floor care focuses on the muscles, ligaments and connective tissue of the Pelvic Floor to improve strength and incontinence symptoms. By restoring proper alignment and core connection we get consistent results with reducing bladder leakage and hip pain. It is a great way to address confusing and often misdiagnosed symptoms like Diastasis Recti or chronic tension in the hips that can lead to Sciatic pain. Functional Pelvic Floor care can be a conservative way to address these issues. Our treatment never involves disrobing or internal pelvic exams.

  • Trigger point dry needling is a therapeutic technique used to treat muscular tightness and pain. It targets trigger points, which are areas of tight bands in muscles that can cause pain when activated. The therapist uses a thin needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate these trigger points, resulting in improved blood flow and relaxation of the muscle fibers. This can bring relief from muscular pain and tension, as well as improved function. Dry needling is a safe and effective way to reduce chronic muscle pain and improve your overall mobility.

  • Cupping therapy is a conservative technique used to restore balance and reduce pain in the body. In cupping, special cups are placed on the skin to create suction, which draws impurities and toxins away from nearby tissues and organs towards the surface for elimination. By increasing blood flow to areas of pain or tension, cupping can help provide pain relief.

It is also known to be beneficial in promoting relaxation and aiding in the recovery of muscle fatigue. Cupping therapy can provide a great deal of relief for those suffering from chronic pain, stress, or tension.

  • Our therapists are specially trained to address nerve pain that often coincides with Plantar Fasciitis, Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel and Herniated Discs. Through hands-on treatment that calms the nervous system in an evidence-based manner, many clients report significant relief within the very first treatment.

If you are dealing with nerve pain, stop stretching and take a moment to talk to Stephanie, our admin, to find out more about conservative and pain-free treatments.

  • Manual therapy is an effective way to address joint pain, inflammation and stiffness. Through a hands-on approach, a skilled manual therapist uses joint manipulation techniques that may or may not include "popping". It helps to restore joint mobility by loosening the tight joint capsule that forms due to inflammatory processes or healing. By regaining joint mobility, joint pain can be relieved and the joint functions more normally. Manual therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment option to help increase joint mobility and reduce joint discomfort.

  • Normatec boots are a special type of compression device used to improve circulation and reduce pain in the feet and legs. Normatec uses pneumatic compression to massage your feet and legs, providing relief from soreness and fatigue. The pressure also helps flush out tissues, which can lead to improved performance recovery. They are a great way to improve circulation, reduce pain and get the most from your workout. They can also be used to help with injury recovery, lymphatic return and a general restoration program.
